3DMark crashes after system info update

I recently installed a new AMD 1090t 6 core cpu to my system. I wanted to run the test suites to gage the performance difference. Previously to this I was able to run 3Dmark 05, 3Dmark 06, and 3Dmark Vantage wil the AMD 955. I ran the said test and they all ran well with the exception that in Vantage there was no system data, my Vantage copy is a paid version. So I did like the screen said and updated the sysinfo through the link as directed and now if I try to run the tests the system crashes. I have CCC 11.2 installed. The system does not crash in any other application nor any games only with the 3Dmarks. It crashes as the program is lookig at my system before the test suite is run. I have deleted all the applications with the exception of Vantage since I paid for it and don't know how to recover the Key. Vantage crashes just looking at the sysinfo and without running the tests. The MoBo is a Gigabyte MA790FXT-UD5P with the latest BIOS. The system also crashes if I try to have the online app look at my system to see if the 3DMark test can run. Basicly anything Futurmark now crashes my system. As I said before the system runs perfectly in all other applications and is running very cool as mesured by CPUID HWMonitor.

Have you installed the latest available SystemInfo update, downloadable here;

http://www.3dmark.com/support/systemi...

And yes, it applies to all recent 3DMark benchmarks (05, 06, Vantage, 11).

Thank you for your response. Yes I have tried that update and that is the source of my problems. As I said before the system is stable and running well with the exception of futuremark products. Including the "game-o-matic" app. Do you think that the CCC 11.2 is the problem? Not that it is a problem rather that Futuremark as not caught up with the latest driver update from ATI/AMD. When do we suppose that the newest sysinfo will address 11.2, 3, 4 etc?
