Com Surrogate error !

Fault Module Name: FMSI.dll
I get this as do others with 06 as well as latest 3d vantage!
Seems to be a common fault ,with all future mark programs!
No fix found as of yet
Com Surrogate error!
System is fully up to date all updates are fresh including the futuremark progs with patches!

This is a known issue that occurs on some newer hardware configurations that didn't exist when the benchmarks were released.

A patch has been developed and it is currently in internal testing. I don't have a release date yet, but it should appear soon.

New build of the SystemInfo component used for 3DMark and PCMark benchmarks and Futuremark online services such as Game-o-Meter and VirtualMark has (finally) passed internal QA and work has begun towards releasing an official patch to FM benchmarks. However, before rolling up official patches, we'd like to get feedback from those who have experienced issues with SystemInfo. These issues include COM Surrogate Errors, "System Info Scan failed" errors and problems starting up the benchmark with SystemInfo hanging or crashing before the benchmark can start.

If you have experienced these issues, we now have a new manual install of an updated SystemInfo available for a small round of beta testing. If you want to help, please send me a private message on Futuremark forums or an email to fm.jarnis [at] futuremark.com with subject "SystemInfo Beta". Include your email address and short description of the hardware you have. Also include short description how the benchmark has failed with the existing version. I will email you a new beta version of SystemInfo for testing to confirm that it resolves the issue.

Usual disclaimer applies: This is still beta code so if you are not familiar in administering your PC or you plan on using the software in a "mission critical" environment, you should probably wait for the official patch. Also do note that the update does absolutely nothing to the benchmarks themselves - scores or tests do not change in any way. The only bit that is different is the code that determines your system configuration.

Update: Beta is partly working, but I'm not able to view my results (with 3DMark 06 and Vantage). Error Message:
The version / build of the product you are using is not supported. You can check the latest versions here.

I had the same problem. Now that I Installed Futuremark SystemInfo v35111, I get fmsiscan.exe crash

Error signature:

AppName: fmsiscan.exe AppVer: 3.51.1.1 ModName: fmsiscan.exe
ModVer: 3.51.1.1 Offset: 0005af19

That is already outdated (3.62 has been out for a while) but you should probably just jump straight to 4.0 which was just made available;
