Clock frequencies are not reported accurately

Program SUCKS at determining hardware specs. Took a look at other people's configs and there's a whole bunch of them with 200000 MHz (!!!) memory frequency of videocards; others have 157/300 MHz indicated as if their videocards ran in powersave mode during the benchmark. Actual RAM frequency not determined correctly too (for example for clearly bus-overclocked rig 400 MHz is indicated). Also, processor's multiplyer and bus speed are not displayed at all, although it's an interesting piece of information.

There was an issue with ATI cards reporting too high frequencies but it should be fixed now. However for some cards we are still seeing very low (eg. 157/300) frequencies.

We are testing a fix for these issues and hope to deploy it soon.
