Ryzen 7 1800X showing as -1 Mhz in the software.

On the home page of 3Dmark, Ryzen 7 1800X is shown as -1 Mhz. All systeminfo and the software is up to date.

That is a screenshot, not a link to the result. If you run the test and view the result online and give a link to that, I can get all the needed details from that.

Alternatively can you give the version numbers of the benchmark and the SystemInfo module from Options tab?

I did not create the ticket stating the problem existed in the result. I have told it in the first place that I get -1 MHz in the Home screeen of the software.

And I have told you that everything is up to date. But here is your SS:

Then it is most likely a case of slightly too new hardware. Future updates to SystemInfo module will correct this.
