Surround with triple 580s not working properly

I am running 3x580's in SLI with 2d surround. No matter what settings I enable, 3dMark 11 only displays a rectangular viewing area of about 1/5 of my center screen. I have tried everything. Do I need to disable all the other monitors? No resolution seems to work, including the 5760x1080 of which I have been using for the last 3 months.
